Abstract
今回我々は, 肺小型腺癌の組織構築に関するNoguchi分類の術前診断の可能性を検討するため, 切除された肺腺癌で術前にCTガイド下経皮肺生検を施行されていた17症例について, 生検組織と切除標本組織の組織構築をNoguchi分類に準じてretrospectiveに比較検討した.生検標本のNoguchi分類が切除標本のNoguchi分類と一致したのは17例中7例 (41.2%) であり, 現時点ではCTガイド下経皮肺生検でNoguchi分類を術前に診断するのは困難で, 術中迅速病理診断が必要と思われた.また検討症例中に, 生検により線維化を生じたと思われる症例があり, N0guchi分類の判定の際に留意すべきと考えられた.
