Abstract
手術室での火災対策は病院の危機管理体制上，重要な課題の一つである．手術室は，火災発生に必要な3つの要因，発火源，酸素，可燃物がそろっており，火災発生が起こりやすいことを十分認識する必要がある．全身麻酔下で手術中の患者を迅速に移動させることは難しいため，日頃からスタッフ全員が火災について危機管理意識を持ち防止に努める必要がある．また，万一火災が発生した場合でも初期徴候を見逃さず早期発見し，初期消火することが重要である．また，火災を想定した防災訓練により停電や酸素供給停止，避難の方法，指揮系統を確認することは必要で災害対策の基本となる．
