Abstract
Teprenone fine granule has excellent feeling of tongue contact, but its marked dustability causes a pharmaceutical problem. We obtained a reformed preparation which aimed at improvement in pharmaceutical preparation while retaining its excellent feeling of tongue contact, and evaluated its pharmaceutical property.As a result, the preparation has high granular uniformity and excellent pharmaceutical fitness, though slightly pales before the feeling of tongue contact. When evaluated from an overall viewpoint, the reformed preparation seems to be better than the control drugs.
