Abstract
目的：内転型痙攣性発声障害（ADSD）に対するBT治療は重要な治療の一つであるが，経時的な治療効果は明らかではない．そこでADSDに対するBT治療後の対象者の自覚的評価から治療効果を検討した．方法：ADSD 13例（男性2例，女性11例）に対し後方視的研究を行った（発症年齢24.8±7.9歳，範囲11-40歳）．対象者による声の状態の評価から経時変化を検討した．帝京大学倫理委員会の承認を得た（帝倫13－256号）．結果：BT治療の効果は1.8（±0.8）日目に発現し，2.9（±2.0）週目に最大効果に達し，6.3（±2.9）週目まで維持された．副作用の出現率は97.4％であった．患者は8.6（±2.8）週目に効果減退を自覚し，10.1（±3.3）週目に再治療を希望した．副作用は2.5（±1.3）日目に出現し，軽度のものを含め2.8（±1.5）週目まで持続した．治療間隔は3.1（±0.7）ヵ月であった．結論：BT治療の効果を経時変化により明らかにした．あらかじめ治療後の経過を患者に伝えることにより，治療中断例の減少や治療に対する不安の軽減を図ることができると考えられた．
