Abstract
Benign lymphoepithelial lesions usually arise in the parotid gland and occur less frequently in the minor salivary gland. Such lesions often develop in patients with Sjo gren's syndrome. We report on a 53-year-old man in whom a solitary benign lymphoepithelial lesion developed in the right side of the palate. An association with Sjo gren's syndrome was strongly suggested.
