Abstract
様々な力が直接，あるいは補綴装置を介して生体に伝達される．臨床ではどの程度の咬合力が，生体や装置にどのように加わったら，生体や補綴装置は不可逆的な変化を起こすのかが知りたい．本稿では，補綴装置の支持組織である床下粘膜，歯根膜，顎骨の力学的応答を，負担圧閾値の観点から考察した．その力学的応答の特徴を元に補綴歯科治療時における種々の留意点に言及した．
