Abstract

随着信息技术的发展、移动终端支付水平的不断提高,网络购物大大冲击了实体经济。但是由于货物的有形性、物流系统的延时性以及消费者的种种因素,快递无法像收发电子邮件一样即时传收,使代收代寄服务成为消费者关注的焦点。由阿里巴巴旗下菜鸟网络牵头建立的菜鸟驿站可使消费者随时随地自由的提取货物,提供多元化的服务。由于菜鸟网络需不断扩大市场且商户准入门槛低,越来越多的加盟商涌入菜鸟网络。本文通过对北京市大兴区周边的4家菜鸟驿站和北京市海淀区6家菜鸟驿站进行调查,了解加盟商的盈利模式,获得更多居民、加盟商的实际意见,对其现存问题提出解决建议,并展望未来其发展潜力。 With the development of information technology and the constant enhancement of the mobile payment level, the network shopping vastly impacts the substantial economy. However, due to the tangibility of goods, the time-delay of logistics system and other variety factors about consumers, express are unable to be transported and received immediately like emailing, which make collecting and sending service become consumers’ focus. Cainiao Post, chiefly established by Cainiao Network of Alibaba, allows consumers to freely take delivery of goods whenever and wherever possible, providing diversified service. Due to the necessity for Cainiao Post to continually expand market and the low entrance barriers, there are more and more franchisees flocking in Cainiao Network. According to the survey of 4 Cainiao Posts around the Daxing district and 6 Cainiao Post in Haidian district of Beijing, the profit model of franchisees is better known, more practical opinions of residents and franchisees are obtained, the solutions to current problems are suggested and the developing potential in the future is depicted in this article.
