Abstract
挿し芽による増殖が行われていないラナンキュラスにおいて，挿し芽増殖の可能性と，挿し芽期間の温度が挿し芽の成長および発根苗の定植後の生育開花に及ぼす影響を調べるため，10，15および20°Cの3つの温度条件下で挿し芽を行った．すべての温度で発根が認められ，総根長は20°Cが最も優れた．鉢に定植し，最低夜温5°Cの硬質フィルム被覆ハウス内で管理したところ，10°Cと15°Cが20°Cより開花が早かった．地下部に形成された塊根の乾物重には区間差がなかった．これらのことから，ラナンキュラスでは挿し芽による増殖が可能であり，挿し芽時の温度が発根やその後の生育開花に影響するが，塊根肥大には影響しないことが明らかになった．
