Abstract
尿失禁を呈する9ヵ月の雌のシベリアンハスキーに対して排泄性尿路造影を行った結果, 重度の腎盂拡大および尿管拡張を伴った異所性尿管と診断された。両側の尿管の膀胱への移設術を実施した結果, 腎盂拡大および尿管拡張は改善した。また, 術後の続いた尿失禁は, 術後9ヵ月目には改善し良好な経過であった。
