Abstract
周術期の脳循環代謝モニタリングとして近赤外線脳酸素モニター（NIRS）が使用されているが，現状や有用性は十分に評価されていない．周術期のNIRSの使用状況に関しアンケート調査を実施した．アンケート回収率は38％であった．心臓血管外科全例での使用は38％，不使用が16％であった．不使用の理由は経済的なものが多かった．頸動脈内膜剥離術では47％，頸動脈ステント術では33％の施設で全例に使用していた．頸動脈病変を有したその他の手術にも使用されていた．心臓血管手術，人工心肺使用例，頸動脈内膜剥離術，頸動脈ステント術では有用と評価する施設が多かった．周術期NIRS使用については，適応や管理法などの適正化とともに診療報酬点数の獲得が課題であると考えられた．
