Abstract
平成23年8月に発出された通知「総アフラトキシンの試験法について」において，総アフラトキシンの分析法として2種の方法が記載されている．一つが穀類，豆類及び種実類について適用する多機能カラム法，もう一つが香辛料や加工食品，その他多機能カラムでは精製が不十分な試料に適用するイムノアフィニティーカラム法である．本プロシーディングにおいては，ワークショップにおいて講演を行った多機能カラム法による調製について，実際に試料を分析した例を述べる．
