Abstract

We had a patient with cancers of the tongue and the cervical esophagus. Cancers were resected and the defect in the oral cavity was primarily reconstructed with the use of PM-MC flap, and a free flap from the radial forearm was used for the reconstruction of the cervical esophagus by microvascular surgery. We consider that the radial forearm free flap is useful for the reconstruction of the cervical esophagus.
