Abstract
症例の概要：患者は，71歳，男性．開花性セメント質異形成症の診断で，他院にて上下顎骨腫瘍摘出術施行．その後2011年6月，当科に紹介により受診した．本症例では，両側の顎欠損部の口蓋側に粘膜組織のアンダーカットが認められ，そのアンダーカット部を顎義歯の維持に最大限に活用するため，磁性アタッチメントを使用した分割着脱型の設計とした．
