Abstract
肝切除後の肝再生過程での膵内分泌系の役割を解明する目的で, イヌにおいて40%肝切除後経時的に門脈血中膵ホルモンを測定するとともに経静脈的耐糖能検査と膵生検を施行し, 耐糖能および組織学的に膵島とその構成要素であるA, B, D細胞の変化を観察した. 肝切除2日後門脈血中インスリンは59%, ソマトスタチンは53%と有意に低下し, 膵グルカゴンは173%に上昇 (いずれもp<0.05) し, この傾向は約1週間持続した. 膵島は肝切除1週間後有意に増大し, A, B, D細胞は全てが1.5倍に増大した. 経静脈的耐糖能検査による耐糖能は術後早期に低下し, 肝切除後の膵内分泌系における機能と形態でのかい離が認められ, 肝切除後の肝膵相関の複雑な関連性が示唆された.
