Abstract
目的：观察连续性血液净化(CBP)对急性心功能衰竭患者的治疗效果。方法：20例患者常规基础疾病治疗和护理的同时，给予床旁CBP治疗，分别检测CBP前后血生化及血气分析指标并进行比较。结果：血尿素氮、肌酐等水平均较治疗前显著下降，而PaO2及PaO2/FiO2较治疗前有升高(P Objective: To observe the effect of continuous blood purification (CBP) on patients with acute heart failure treatment.
