Abstract

Cleido-cranial dysostosis (CCD) is a congenital anomaly with clavicle and cran osteogenesis imperfecta. In this disease various dental treatments were reported by many authoRecently, we experienced a case of CCD in a 15 year old female who complained of delay shedding of decidious teeth and failure of eruption of the permanent dentition. In this ca eighteen impacted and supernumerary teeth were present in both maxilla and mandible. MI extraction of decidious and supernumerary teeth, we tried surgical exposure of part of crowns a: orthodontic traction to bring the impacted permanent teeth into the line of the dental arch consideration of her chief complaint and age.The patient is at present in a careful follow-up study.
