Abstract
頚椎症性脊髄症に対して行われた前方除圧固定術の治療成績を, 固定方法, 固定椎間数について検討した. 対象は, 術後1年以上が経過し, 現在も経過観察できている330例である. 頚椎症治療判定基準 (Japanese Orthopaedics Association score), C2-7 Cobb angle, C2-7 sagittal vertical axis, 椎間高 (inter-vertebral space) を術前後で評価した.
