Abstract
イチゴの果重は低温ほど大きくなり, この原因の一つが, 果托の肥大が温度の影響を受けているためであることが知られている.しかし, 果重は, 果托肥大だけでなく, 果実当たりのそう果数の影響も受ける.そこで, 花芽形成期の温度がイチゴ果実のそう果数と果重に及ぼす影響について調べた.1. '女峰'を用い, 花芽分化促進処理後から, 32/27, 28/23, 24/19, 20/15および16/11℃(昼/夜)の温度条件で栽培した結果, 果実当たりのそう果数は処理温度が低いほど多くなった.2. '女峰'と'とよのか'を用いて, 花芽分化促進処理後から出蕾までの期間, 24/19, 20/15および16/11℃(昼/夜)の温度処理を行い, 出蕾以後は全区25/15℃で栽培した.両品種ともに, 果実成熟所要日数およびそう果当たりの果重については, それぞれ処理区間に有意差はなかった.しかし, 果実当たりのそう果数は低温ほど多くなり, これに伴い果重も低温ほど大きくなった.3. 雌ずいの分化期間中に温度条件を変化させたところ, 雌ずい分化の早い時期に高温に遭遇した区ほど果実当たりのそう果数が減少した.
