Abstract

This paper describes, 1) the vertical type continuous casting machine followed by two walking beam type reheat furnaces, 2) in-line press installation ahead of cogging mill, 3) performance of Bar TEKISUN with precise tolerance, free-size rolling and four cycle rolling, 4) a unique rolling process for various shapes and sizes, named H-V shifting reverse coupled with standby stand set 5) newly developed Rod TEKISUN and Reducing and sizing mill which have been employed widely, 6) improved cost competitiveness of free forging process by energy savings and near-net-shape technique.
