Abstract
Recently,liquid crystal(LC)lens has been highly developed and widely used in many areas,especially in the 3D display.In order to get higher optical efficiency and faster response time,the LC mixtures should have some obvious advantages such as high birefringence,low rotaional viscosity,highΔeand K33/K11.In this paper,the isothiocyanate compounds was introduced to the LC mixtures used in LC-lens,getting higher birefringence,lower rotaional viscosity,highΔeand K33/K11.
