Abstract

Integrating psychological film appreciation into the teaching of mental health courses for college students is conducive to popularizing psychological knowledge and improving college students’ mental health awareness; it is helpful to integrate education with entertainment and stimulate the enthusiasm of college students to participate in classroom learning; and it is helpful to interpret others and promote Self-development of college students. Finally, this article combines the author’s teaching experience with examples to illustrate some operable teaching plans, in order to provide some reference and significance for the actual teaching of peers.
