Abstract
23歳男性で左原発性自然気胸に併発した心嚢気腫により発見された先天性心膜部分欠損症の胸腔鏡下手術症例を経験した.心膜部分欠損孔は5×4.5cm大で肺門部前上方にあり胸腺および周囲脂肪組織が弁状に前方から覆っていた.胸腺および周囲脂肪組織を欠損孔周囲心膜縁に縫合固定した.胸腔鏡下手術で先天性心膜欠損孔に対し閉鎖・補填の処置を行った本邦報告例は本症例が2例目であり文献的考察を加え報告する.
