Abstract

“三北地区”冬季弃风现象日益严重,为解决风电消纳问题,应用热电厂配置大容量储热装置,以提高热电联合机组运行的灵活性,打破“以热定电”的刚性耦合关系。在分析热电联产机组配置储热的电热特性基础上,介绍了储热装置在实际工程中的安装位置及运行。构建了含风电场、配置储热的热电机组及常规机组的弃风消纳协调调度模型,并采用YALMIP工具箱的商业求解器Gurobi进行求解。仿真分析了储热装置在不同工作方式下对风电消纳的作用,算例结果表明,热电厂配置储热装置对降低“三北”地区的弃风率具有良好的效果。 In order to solve the problem of wind power consumption, the application of thermal power plant is equipped with large capacity heat storage device to improve the flexibility of the combined operation of the combined heat and power unit, and to break the rigid coupling relationship of “heat stabilization”. Based on the analysis of the electrothermal characteristics of the thermoelectric power generation unit, the installation location and operation of the heat storage device in the actual project are introduced. A thermocouple unit with wind farm, heat storage unit and conventional unit is constructed, and the commercial solver Gurobi of YALMIP toolbox is used to solve. The results show that the thermoelectric plant configuration heat storage device has a good effect on reducing the rate of abandonment in the “Three North” area. The results show that the heat storage device has a good effect on reducing the wind power consumption in the “Three North” area.
