Abstract

官僚制的出现对现代组织管理的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。随着知识经济时代的到来,官僚制理论受到学术界的批评与质疑。本文以时代发展的视角对理性官僚制的弊端做出了客观的阐述和剖析,并对传统理性官僚制如何重构进行了探析,以求探讨出适应后工业时代发展的新型官僚体制,并简单探讨了我国官僚制未来的改革方向。 The appearance of bureaucracy on the development of modern organization management has played a huge role. With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, the bureaucratic theory is criticized by the academia and questioning. From a view of social development trends, objective description and explora-tion on disadvantages of the traditional bureaucracy has been made. By reconstructing the traditional bu-reaucracy, this article put forwards a new bureaucracy that suits the development of post-industrial era. And a simplified discusses on the future reform direction of bureaucracy in China was made.
