Abstract
人乳头瘤病毒(human papilloma virus, HPV)是一种DNA肿瘤病毒，其与宫颈癌及其癌前病变发生密切相关，通过E6和E7基因表达相应蛋白诱发宫颈癌[1]。文章对人乳头瘤病毒中医认识，病因、病机、治疗等方面的状况进行了综述，以期今后中医治疗本病提供理论依据和方法依据。 Human papillomavirus (human papilloma virus, HPV) is a DNA tumor virus, which is closely related to cervical cancer as well as precancerous lesions, and induces cancer [1] by expression of the corresponding proteins E6 and E7 genes. TCM understanding of human papillomavirus, etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and other aspects were reviewed to provide theoretical basis and method basis for the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease in the future.
