Abstract

By storaging blood from patients, their properties showed changes1) Blood from patients who showed liver functional disturbance, anomality of T-Ch (Totalcholesterin) and total protein quantities in serum, accelerated red corpuscle sedimentation, ascending of Congored index and positive results in Thorn's adrenalin test, showed descending of red corpuscle resistence and oxygen capacity markedly. Those from patients with pulmonal insufficiency showed decrease of oxygen capacity markedly.2) Blood from patients, who showed liver functional disturbance and ascending of Congored index slightly or intermediately presented another appearances. Decline of red corpuscle resistence was a little smaller than that of normal ones, but in those from the patients with sever disturbances it was intensive.3) Bodies, in which liver functional disturbance, red corpuscle sedimentation and Congored index ascending were markedly found, rise and fail of K and Na quantity wer slightly larger. Those with abnormal concentration of serum protein and with positive result of adrenalin test became larger in proportion to their defree and moreover found larger in decrease of Na than in increase of K.4) The activity of Fibrinolysin in stored blood plasma showed little significant change neither in normal nor in pathological blood during storage.
