Abstract
ホンシュウシカ5例,ツシマシカ5例,エゾシカ13例の新鮮血を材料として,2種の赤血球酵素型(エステラーゼD型(ESD)型,6-ホスホグルコン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ(PGD)型),3種の血清タンパク質型(グループスペシフィックコンポーネント(GC)型,トランスフェリン(TF)型,ポストトランスフェリン(PTF)型)について種々の電気泳動法により分析した.その結果,ESD型,6-PGD型およびGC型については,ホンシュウシカ,ツシマシカ,エゾシカの各個体においてすべて同様の型であった.しかし,TF型についてはツシマシカ2例,エゾシカ1例において変異が検出され,またPTF型ではツシマシカ2例およびエゾシカ1例において変異が検出された.
