Abstract
创建品牌专业是新建本科院校必须面对并需要努力破解的难题之一。本研究以新建本科高校——南通理工学院省级品牌专业“机械设计制造及其自动化”的创建为例,系统阐述了其建设思路及取得的成效,明确地提出了确立“以用为本”的理念,重构应用型人才培养体系、打造“双师双能型教师”队伍、创新人才培养模式及搭建校企深度融合育人新载体等举措创建品牌专业,为同类高校打造品牌专业提供了参考与借鉴。 Constructing professional symbolic specialty is one of the most intractable problems confronted by newly-built colleges, taking for example, a provincial brand specialty mechanical design & manufacturing and their automation established by Nantong Institute of Technology. Constructing ideas and achievements and education concept of people-oriented are elaborated systematically. Moreover, training system of refactoring applied talents, cultivating double-qualified and dual- talented teachers and innovation of talents development are expounded. Setting up carrier for close college-enterprise cooperation etc. with the purpose of building innovational symbolic specialty is suggested with detail. It has certain enlightenment and reference to carry out the same move by congeneric colleges.
