Abstract

以对特辛基苯酚和甲醛为原料,通过调整酚醛的物质的量比,合成了具有不同分子量的酚醛树脂。通过软化点、凝胶渗透色谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。在酚醛比例相同的情况下,制得了软化点为93.1℃,重均分子量为1050,分子量分布相对集中的树脂。研究结果表明,通过控制酚醛的物质的量比,可以得到预期分子量、分子量分布和分子结构的树脂。 Phenolic resins with different molecular weight were synthesized by the adjustment of phenolic aldehyde, with p-tert-octyl phenol and formaldehyde as materials. Softening point, gel permeation chromatography and 1H NMR Spectroscopy were used to characterize its structure. With the same molar ratio of p-tert-octyl phenol and formaldehyde, a resin with the softening point of 93.1˚C, the mean molecular weight of 1050 and relatively concentrated distribution of molecular weight was made. Results indicate that the expected molecular weight, molecular weight distribution and structure of resin can be made by the control of molar ratio of p-tert-octyl phenol and formaldehyde.
