Abstract

当今企业之间的竞争,不是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式的竞争。面对新的竞争态势如何构建新型商业模式实现企业持续发展成为制造企业急需解决的问题。采用理论推演的方式,分析了制造企业竞争态势的演变、制造业服务化的兴起,以及开放式服务创新理论与制造企业商业模式创新的契合。在此基础上,构建了包含虚拟通道和实体通道在内的制造企业开放式商业模式创新架构,指出了制造企业商业模式创新的可能方向和路径,并以实体案例进行了检验。 Nowadays competition between enterprises is not competition between products, but the competition of business model. Facing the new competitive, how to build a new business model to achieve sustainable development of enterprises becomes a needed issue to solve. This paper analyzes the competitive situation development of manufacturing enterprises, the rise of service- oriented industry, and the integration of open service innovation theory and manufacturing enterprise business model innovation. On this basis, the paper constructs the innovative business model innovation structure of the manufacturing enterprise including the virtual channel and the entity channel, and points out the possible direction and the path of the innovation of the manufacturing enterprise business model, and carries on the examination to the entity case.
