Abstract

邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物作为塑化剂被广泛应用于玩具、食品包装材料、医用血袋和胶管制品、高分子塑胶产品等数百种产品中。不可避免残留和迁移至各种包装材料甚至是食品中,其化学毒性日益引起社会的广泛关注。建立有关邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物快速准确的检测方法已成为当今的研究热点之一。本文概述了邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的性质、危害,综述了食品中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的前处理技术与检测方法,并分析了现有检测方法中存在的问题、挑战及发展方向。 Phthalic acid esters (PAEs), widely used as plasticizers in toys, food packaging materials, medical bags, hose products, and hundreds of polymer products, are inevitably retained in and shifted to various packaging materials, even into foods. Their chemical toxicities are increasingly attracting public attention in recent years. To develop rapid and accurate analytic methods for the determination of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in various matrices has become one of the hot topics nowadays. This paper summarized the properties and harmfulness of PAEs, the recent progress on the pre-preparation techniques and the analytic methods for PAEs in food. Some existing problems and challenges in cur- rent analytic methods, as well as the research trends, have been discussed.
