Abstract
This paper describes the new technology of dryer construction by air circulation system in order to produce the small amount of fine paper from light weight to heavy weight of grade.A gas mixed with air and steam circulates into the drainage system of dryer. The mixture gas results to decrease the surface temperature of dryer and form cylindrical air layer in the dryer shell. Heat transformer from system to paper is controlled by the air layer.It was confirmed that the drying efficiency of paper and the condensation of steam can be controlled and the condensate is easily discharged by the mixturs gas pressure in a commercial operation of the new system for one year with no trouble.
