Abstract
透明なセロファン粘着テープを用いて皮膚糸状菌の顕微鏡標本を作成し，同定法として使用できることを確め，永久標本になりうることを確認した。本法は予備的検査法としては優れているが，永久標本にはカバーグラスに接着剤を塗る簡便法，操作が複雑で日数を要する懸滴培養，slide culture，被いガラス培養によらねばならないとされていた。しかし本法ではセロファン粘着テープ(ニチバン)を用いて，斜面培地あるいは巨大培養のコロニーから直接的に簡便かつ迅速に標本が作成できると同時に，暗所に保存し約1年間経過するも顕微鏡所見にほとんど変化を認めず，永久標本としての価値があると判断した。
