Abstract
We research about fabrication and modification of Plastic Ankle-Foot Orthosis (PAFO) which usually prescribed for reducing the aftereffects of the stroke patients. We firstly got a 3D model using a 3D scanner and performed a Finite-Element Analysis (FEA) to the model. Secondly, we got the model with both sides trimming and performed FEA to it. In addition, I compared the shoe horn brace with the Texas shoe horn which was able to get by transforming the same brace. As a result, I found that the Texas Shoe horn had a bigger quantity of displacement than the ordinary shoe horn.
