Abstract
シュッコンカスミソウ切り花の適切な輸送条件を明らかにするため，輸送時間，輸送温度および乾式と湿式という2種類の輸送方法が切り花の品質保持に及ぼす影響を検討した． 湿式輸送では，20℃，72時間の常温長時間の輸送で，輸送中に著しい切り花重の増加と開花の進行が認められたが，輸送中に萎凋花は発生しなかった．一方，乾式輸送では，10℃，24時間の低温短時間の輸送でも輸送中に切り花重が10％程度減少し，輸送直後の鮮度は低下した． 切り花の花持ちは輸送温度と輸送時間の影響を受け，輸送時間が長く，輸送温度が高いほど花持ち日数は短縮し，同じ輸送条件であれば，湿式輸送は乾式輸送より花持ちが優れた．特に，20℃で48時間以上の乾式輸送では花持ち日数は著しく短縮した． 以上の結果，湿式輸送は乾式輸送に比べて切り花の品質を保持しながら輸送できることが確認された．特に輸送温度が20℃下での輸送においても乾式輸送ほど著しい花持ち低下は認められなかった．
