Abstract
To revive the nation, rural areas must be revitalized. The main body of rural revitalization is farmers, and their main problem is land. The CPC has been aware of the importance of the farmers’ problem since its establishment, and has taken solving the farmers’ land problem as the central task on the revolutionary road of encircling cities in rural areas and seizing power by armed forces. This paper mainly studies the land policies formulated by the CPC in various stages of the new democratic revolution and the rules it follows, summarizes the experience and enlightenment of this period, so as to provide reference value for promoting the CPC in the new era to more scientifically and comprehensively solve the three rural issues, comprehensively promote rural revitalization, and accelerate agricultural and rural modernization.
