Abstract

A patient, 71-year-old male, with extramammary Paget's disease showing erythematous and depigment lesions was discussed. The lesions were bilaterally extending from the scrotum to the perianal region. Histology revealed Paget's cells invated to the rectal mucosa. The patient was also noted to have a sigmoidcarcinoma. Hence, we have done rectsigmoidectomy and widly local excision due to the sigmoidcarcinoma. A year after the treatment, he has not any evidence of recurrence.
