Abstract
タンパク質の約半数は，糖鎖修飾を受けた糖タンパク質として存在する．この糖鎖は，さまざまな生命現象にかかわることが知られている．糖鎖構造を含めて純粋な糖タンパク質サンプルを得る方法として，われわれは化学合成法を選び，その研究を進めてきた．本解説では，糖タンパク質合成の方法論の開発過程で得られたワンポットペプチドセグメント縮合法について述べる．
