Abstract
凝固波形解析（clot waveform analysis: CWA）には，活性化部分トロンボプラスチン時間（activated partial thromboplastin time: APTT），プロトロンビン時間（prothrombin time: PT），トロンビン時間（thrombin time: TT）などがあり，エビデンスが集積されつつある．また，生理的な凝固能を評価するために，種々の修正CWAが開発されつつある．修正CWAには，CWA-PT/APTT，CWA-希釈PT（small amount TF induced FIX activation: sTF/FIXa），CWA-希釈TT，global coagulation and fibrinolysis testなどがある．CWA-sTF/FIXaはpeak heightの増加で過凝固状態を，peak timeの延長で血小板減少を示唆する．CWA-希釈TTはトロンビンバーストを反映し，global coagulation and fibrinolysis testは，凝固能に加え線溶能も評価できる．
