Abstract

采用ANSYS有限元方法模拟带钢轧制过程,获得轧辊受力工况,对轧辊表面的半球形结构与复合镀层中材料的变形情况进行评估。分析了带钢牵引速度对带钢表面形貌形成及成形质量的影响规律,轧辊过渡层厚度、轧辊表面形貌对毛化球应力的影响规律。研究结果将为研究毛化轧辊表面特性提供理论依据。 The band steel rolling process was simulated with ANSYS finite element simulation method. The rolling force working conditions were obtained and the hemispherical structure and the composite coating material deformation on the surface of rolling were evaluated. Further, the influence of band steel drawing velocity on the formation of the band steel surface morphology and forming quality was analyzed. The influences of transition story thickness and rolling surface morphology on the texturing ball stress were analyzed. Research results would provide theoretical basis for studying the characteristics of the textured rolls surface.
