Abstract
Objective: Using the methods of anal colonic lavage in auxiliary anal to relieve patient’s pain when the patient is inserted into the anal canal. Methods: Colonic lavage for patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group: the control group using conventional method of inserting anal, the observation group was treated with manipulation of anal plug anal method. Results: The observation group did much better in improving the comfort degree of pain and lavage than the control group ( P ＜ 0.01). Conclusion: Manipulation of anal plug anal method can alleviate the suffering of patients and enhance patient comfort..
