Abstract

目前,海洋环境受到的金属污染日益严重。相比于传统修复技术,生物修复技术具有更多优势。本文对近年来海洋重金属污染的微生物修复技术的研究进展进行了综述,对金属生物修复过程的影响因素和作用机理方面的研究成果进行了分析讨论。在此基础上指出目前在海洋生物治理重金属污染方面存在的不足,并对未来的研究方向提出了建议和预测。 The marine environment has been increasingly subjected to metal contamination due to anthro-pogenic activities. An up-to-date and sustainable metal remediation technique is the use of biore-mediation techniques, which are broadly accepted due to their cost efficiency and ecological char-acter associated with the exploitation of nature-based technology. Recent research on bioremedi-ation of heavy metal pollution with different kinds of marine biomass was reviewed. Interfering factors and mechanisms of bioremediation process were further analyzed and evaluated. Moreover, the shortcomings of bioremediation are pointed out, and suggestions and predictions for future research directions are proposed.
