Abstract

以兰州百合为试验材料,采用组织分离法从其鳞茎及根中分离内生菌,依据形态进行初步分类;随机选取13株内生菌采用Fenton清除反应测定羟基(•OH)自由基活性和超氧阴离子(O2- )自由基活性,以羟基(•OH)自由基和超氧阴离子(O2- )自由基清除率为指标,测定菌株的抗氧化活性。结果表明:从兰州百合表面消毒的鳞茎及根中共分离出内生菌26株,发现AJ-2菌株对羟基(•OH)自由基的清除率最高,可达85%以上;AJ-2菌株对超氧阴离子(O2- )自由基的清除率也是最高,可达90%以上,所以可将AJ-2菌株作为进一步研究的对象。 We Separated the endophytes from the bulbs and roots of Lilium davidii var. unicolor by tissue separation method, then the preliminary classification was made according to morphological character; 13 strains of endophytes were randomly selected, then the activity of hydroxyl (•OH) radicals and superoxide anion (O2- ) radicals was determined by Fenton reaction and the antioxidant activity of the strains was determined by the radical scavenging rate of hydroxyl (•OH) radicals and superoxide anion (O2- ) radicals. The results showed that 26 strains of endophytes were isolated from the stems, bulbs and roots of Lilium davidii var. unicolor and we found that AJ-2 strain had the highest scavenging rate of hydroxyl (•OH) radicals, up to 85% and the scavenging rate of superoxide anion (O2- ) radical is also the highest, up to 90% or more, so AJ-2 strain can be used as a further study of the object.
