Abstract
開放型蓄熱水系の空調用熱源機銅管に対する酸素低減処理の腐食抑制効果を明らかにするため,熱源機銅管の渦流探傷調査報告書の解析と熱源機運転期間中の冷水や温水の溶存酸素(DO)濃度の解析を行った.銅管肉厚の5%以上が減肉した場合を損傷銅管とし,渦流探傷調査を行った銅管数に対する損傷銅管数の割合を損傷率とした.その結果,DO濃度の減少に伴い銅管の損傷率は低減し,DO濃度1mg/L以下にすれば損傷率を1%以下にできることがわかった.
