Abstract

In recent years, research on the publication of music resources for ethnic minorities in China against the backdrop of leading cultural confidence is very urgent. This is because publication of music resources for ethnic minorities in China is experiencing various difficulties in technology, content, public relations channels, and talent. Therefore, in order to perfect and optimize the publishing path of China's music resources, this study focused on problems that appear in technical, content, promotional, and talent, and tried to come up with countermeasures focusing on the current publishing status. Currently, music publishing technology and publishing contents in China's minority region are far behind the present era, as well as the publishing and distribution channels are not expanded, and there is a shortage of publishing-to-publishing. For this reason, it has a serious impact on the development and profits of the use of music resources for ethnic minorities in China. Therefore, it is necessary to establish publishing channels in three aspects: strengthening the publishing industry chain, improving the level of content innovation, and completing the publishing technology platform, and reorganizing the publishing industry chain by integrating publishing resources including talent. In addition, it is necessary to build an innovative mechanism for publishing content and build a publishing path suitable for the ideology of cultural confidence by utilizing various publishing technology platforms.
