Abstract
家兎の各種臓器を試料としてNaCl(5%)及びHCl(0.2%)抽出液について牛乳凝固力を検索した結果,凝固力の強いものから順次列挙すると,胃-睾丸-小腸-心臓-膵臓であつた。その他の臓器には牛乳凝固力を認めなかつた。胃以外はその効力は弱いが,睾丸にある程度の凝固力を認めたので,更に豚及び緬羊の睾丸について試験したが,その凝固力は極めて低いものであつた。いちじくの果実及び乳汁(latex)の牛乳凝固力を試験して,後者は特に強い凝固力を有することを認めた。いちじくの乳汁及び睾丸(家兎)の牛乳凝固作用をレンネツト,ペプシン及びパパインの作用と比較試験した結果,前者はレンネツトとパパインの中間にあつて,むしろパパインに近く,後者はレンネツトに近い性質を示した。
