Abstract
当科で造設した上腕転位尺側皮静脈内シャント12例について検討した。周術期に血栓閉塞は認めず全例で穿刺が可能であった。遠隔期に内シャント静脈の狭窄を4例に認めたが血管内治療で良好な拡張が得られた。一次開存率は1年73%，3年55%，二次開存率は1年92%，3年75%であった。上腕転位尺側皮静脈内シャントは合併症が少なく長期開存が期待できる内シャントと考えられた。
