Abstract

ステンレス鋼製溶接構造物を海洋性湿潤大気環境下で使用すると,溶接による鋭敏化が起きていれば湿潤大気応力腐食割れ (Atmospheric Stress Corrosion Cracking, ASCC) を起こすことがある.本報では,ASCCの発生と進展過程をモデル化した.補修溶接を施した溶接継手の軸方向の表面側の残留応力を362 MPa,板厚内部の残留応力を200 MPa,鋭敏化度を20%,付着塩分量を0.1 g/m2[NaCl]とした時のASCC発生寿命は1.1年で,き裂進展速度の応力拡大係数依存性から約7.6年で20 mmの板厚を貫通する可能性がある.
