Abstract

We researched the essencial difference between casein micells of woman's and cow's milk, by the quantity of calcium and phosphoric acid in their casein micells and by their serological reaction. In this case we compared the resuits of partial investigations about a few woman's milk with of former MAENO's experiments about cow's milk. When we compared casein micells of woman's milk, which had been passed about a year after pasteurition, with cow's milk, we observed that the former was combined with less calcium and inorganic but much organic phpsphor than the latter. On immunizing of the rabbits with woman's milk, their immunizierungs are possible to be pretty active. Moreover their specificities of species are made stronger by their comparatively large volume of injection in possibly few times. On flocculation, the specificity of species is recognized more remarkably in woman's and cow's casein solution prepared with SEITZ's fitter than in their whelr milk, but most in their serums. On this reaktion, by use of slide-glass, we can easily discriminate woman's from cow's milk.
