新时代形势下如何加强高校学生党建工作的几点思考

Abstract

十九大的胜利召开，揭开了新时代的序幕，这一阶段我国比任何时候更加急迫地需要推进党的建设以及实现中国梦的社会主义人才。高校是培养人才的蓄水池，大学生思想政治教育工作，事关我国特色社会主义事业的发展，而大学生党建工作是高校开展思想政治教育的主要抓手。面对当前高校学生党建发展过程中的瓶颈，高校应以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想统领学生党建工作，开拓工作思路，积极调动班导师、学生党员自身以及团学组织等各方力量与资源，实现大学生党建工作质量提升，为实现中国梦提供人才保障与智力支持。 The 19th session of national congress of the communist party of China opened the prelude to a new era in which we need more urgently than ever to promote the Party building and the socialist talents who realize the dream of China. Colleges and universities are the reservoirs for reserving talents, importantly, the ideological and political education for college students is related to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but the student party building is the key. However, we were into the bottleneck in the development of student party building. As a out way, we should use the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era of Xi Jinping to lead the work of student party building, open up ideas for work, and actively mobilize possible forces and resources, like the class supervisors, student party members, and Youth League organizations, to achieve the quality improvement of the student party building education, providing talents and intellectual support for the realization of the Chinese dream.
